What Delaware County homeowners say about us

Why prep matters here
Delco housing is not one thing. There are the 1920s twins and rowhomes in the river towns, the post-war capes and split-levels through Ridley and Springfield, the older stone and stucco along the Main Line edge, and newer construction out toward Glen Mills and Garnet Valley. Each one fails differently. Older plaster and oil-painted trim need the right primer or nothing sticks. Stucco needs the crack repair done before a drop of paint. Newer builds usually need builder-grade paint corrected rather than covered. Knowing which house you are standing in front of is most of the job.

Delaware County painting FAQ

Which Delaware County towns do you actually work in?

All of them. The swatches above are ordered by how many projects we have completed in each town, straight from our job records, so you can see where we are busiest rather than take our word for it.

Do you charge more to come to the far end of the county?

No. Our pricing is the same across Delaware County. We are in Folsom, so most of the county is a short drive.

Our house is from the 1920s. Is that a problem?

It is the opposite of a problem, it is just a different job. Older Delco homes usually mean plaster, oil-painted trim and settled walls, all of which need the right primer and real patching before finish paint. Skipping that is why a cheap repaint on an old house stops looking good after one winter.

Do you offer free estimates?

Always. We'll sit down with you, walk the project, and send a clear, detailed proposal at no cost.
