What working here is actually like
You are on our payroll
Our painters are W-2 employees, not subcontractors picked up per job. That is how we can stand behind the work, and it is how you get a steady schedule.
Steady work, not a scramble
We have run 756 projects since 2020 across Delaware County, Chester County and the Main Line. The work does not stop when one job finishes.
You will be trained, properly
Prep is most of what makes a paint job last, and it is the part most people are never taught. We teach it.
Your work gets seen
Finished jobs go on the site under the crew that did them. Look at our job stories and our gallery: that is our people's work, credited.
You are treated like an adult
Clear expectations, a crew leader who walks the job with you, and somebody who picks up the phone when you call the office.
Room to move up
We run crews with a crew leader on each one. If you want to run work rather than only do it, say so and we will talk about what that takes.
You do not need twenty years in
We would rather hire somebody careful and teachable than somebody fast and sloppy. If you show up when you say you will, take care of a customer's house, and want to get better at the trade, we can work with that. A driver's license and your own transport to the job helps.
