What support do you provide before and after the job?
Before we start, you get a clear written proposal that we go through with you in person, so you know exactly what is being done and what it costs, so there are no surprises. We keep you in the loop at every stage. When the work is done, we do a final walkthrough together to confirm every surface meets your standard. If anything comes up down the road, we come back and make it right.
What is your process for site inspections and estimates?
We begin with an on-site visit at your home in Delaware County or on the Main Line, where we listen to your goals, measure the space, and inspect surfaces for repairs, moisture, and prep needs before we quote. That is what lets us give you an accurate price instead of a vague ballpark. On larger interior and exterior projects, we walk the full property with you so nothing gets missed.
How do you protect flooring and furniture during the work?
Protecting your home is where most of our prep time goes. We cover floors with drop cloths and protective coverings, move and center furniture and wrap what stays in the room, and carefully mask trim, fixtures, and hardware. We treat your home like it is our own and leave every room exactly the way we found it, minus the fresh paint.
How do you choose the right paint and materials for each project?
We match the product to the surface and to how the room is actually used. We work primarily with premium lines from Sherwin-Williams and Benjamin Moore, selecting the right sheen and durability for each area, from scrubbable finishes in kitchens, baths, and high-traffic hallways to weather-rated coatings for exteriors that stand up to Delaware County winters. We also guide you through color and finish choices so the result looks great and lasts for years.
What licenses and insurance do you carry?
We are a registered Pennsylvania Home Improvement Contractor (PA HIC #PA124576) and carry full general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. You are working with a licensed, insured, family-run company, not a handshake and a hope.
How do you keep the job site clean?
We keep a clean, organized site every single day. Materials are stored neatly, we clean up at the end of each work day rather than leaving a mess overnight, and we do a full cleanup at completion. Our crews are respectful of your home and your daily routine the entire time we are there.
How do you handle unexpected issues or delays?
If something unexpected turns up, like hidden drywall damage or weather on an exterior job, we tell you right away, explain your options, and never add work or change the price without your approval. That clear communication is exactly why our quotes hold and our projects finish on schedule.
How much does residential painting cost?
Every quote is given in writing after an in-person visit, so you know the cost before we start. As a general guide, single rooms typically start around $800, and whole-home interior projects generally range from $6,000 to $25,000 depending on room count, ceiling height, prep and repairs, and the products selected.
How long does a painting project take?
It depends on the scope. A single room is often finished in a day, an average multi-room interior repaint runs about 2 to 5 days, and a full whole-home interior or exterior project can take 1 to 2 weeks. You get a clear timeline with your proposal, and we hold to it.
How many projects does your team complete each month?
Our team completes roughly 13 to 20 projects per month across Delaware County, the Main Line, and the greater Philadelphia area. We have proudly served 750+ homes and businesses since 2016.
