Q: What was your favorite part about working with us? A: Probably the responsiveness of you and the team. Getting things scheduled, being able to work with you. I texted you on Saturday, Sunday, got answers back quickly. That is why we went with you again when we had the leak, because I knew you would be able to get in, get it done, and move on with our lives. Q: What was different about us versus contractors you have worked with? A: That responsiveness. When we bought this house we redid a bathroom that was supposed to take 6 weeks and took closer to 6 months. This was a big change of pace versus some of the other experiences we have had. Q: What would you tell friends or family considering us? A: The experience has been great, the communication has been really good, the results have come out well. I would definitely say it is worth it. Working with you guys has been really great.

Q: What was your favorite part about working with us? A: The favorite part was you. The first day I met you we spoke about our families and everything. And the great thing about it, you started the next day. What else is better than that? We talked Tuesday or Wednesday and you started work the next day at 7:00 in the morning. That was excellent. There is no way you can find anybody like that, they would probably schedule you a month later. Q: What was different about working with us? A: Great team, and your team is on time. They show up at 7:00 in the morning so I do not have to wait around. They did their job like a military operation. Everything was in place, on time, finished the job. Q: What would you tell friends or family who were not sure? A: 110 percent, I recommend you.

From the very beginning you guys were communicative and responsive, and you showed up when you were supposed to. I did not have to chase anyone down to return calls. The ease from beginning to end and the professionalism throughout made this a great experience for us. Q: What was different about working with us? A: It is hard to find people who are reliable and show up when they say they will, and that was not at all an issue with your team. They let me know when they were on the way, they cleaned up after themselves very well, so I did not have to worry about anything getting on the rugs. That peace of mind was nice. Q: What would you tell friends or family who were not sure? A: 100 percent, I would definitely recommend you guys. If we have any other projects in the future I would absolutely want to use you again.

A: You showed up when you said you would, and you worked with us in collaboration on the project, on paint color selection and making choices as things arose. You were very easy to work with. Q: What would you tell family or friends who were not sure? A: Come out and look at our ceiling. Q: You had a contracting business. Compared to other painters you have worked with, how did we do? A: Much better, and super clean. Cleaned up at the end of the day, very respectful. The attention to preparation was second to none, among the best I have seen, and I have seen a number of different painters. It was not just throwing a drop cloth down. You really took the time to get ready for the job, and it shows at the end. The beams could not get paint on them because they are rough, and they were very careful. Not a drop.

Q: What was your favorite part about working with us? A: I had really high expectations going in. I wanted to really transform the room, and the team was quick. They came in a week and a half and completely blew out my expectations. Absolutely in love with the craftsmanship. It looks exactly like what I was looking for. Q: What was different about working with us? A: Communication. Going through any renovation you have a lot of nerves, and being able to text you and get a response within seconds, or jump on a phone call, was above and beyond what I have experienced in the past. Q: What would you tell family or friends who were not sure? A: Do it. Often when you go through a change and it is good, you ask yourself why you did not do it five years ago. Especially with you guys, you walk away with what the experience should be like: a great final product, and the experience of being plugged in and knowing what was going on the entire time.

A: When I met Lew, not only did he go over how everything would work, he also pointed out a couple of the guarantees and warranties you have. I liked that part. Q: What would you tell family or friends who were not sure? A: I would definitely tell them they should. I had a great experience working with you all, from speaking with Danny on the phone to when you came out and explained everything. It was a lot of stress I did not have to worry about. I would definitely recommend them to anybody.
