Questions before you call
Do you do all of this with your own crews?
Yes. The people in your house are ours, not a rotating set of subcontractors. That is the whole reason we can put carpentry and painting on one estimate and have nobody blaming the other trade.
Can I combine services on one job?
That is most of what we do. A repaint that includes drywall repair, or new trim installed and then finished, or wallpaper stripped before the walls get painted. It comes back as one price, broken out so you can see each part.
What is your minimum job size?
Our minimum is $900, and occasionally $800 depending on what it is and where it is. Below that we are not the right call for you, and we will say so.
How do I get a price?
We come out and measure. Not a phone quote. We walk the space, look at what condition things are actually in, and then put the price in writing broken out by room or by area.
