Exterior House Painting in Malvern, PA
This Malvern home had not had its exterior painted in about 20 years, and the paint was peeling badly, especially where a shed had sat against the house. We scraped off everything loose, primed the bare areas, and gave the whole house two fresh coats.

The problem
The exterior of this Malvern home had not been painted in roughly 20 years. Paint was peeling and flaking off the wood siding, most visibly in a section next to where a shed had been placed against the house, where you could see it lifting right off. We suspected other areas had a lot of failing paint too, which meant whoever took the project needed to be willing to do the prep properly instead of just painting over the problem.
What we did
We scraped off all of the loose and peeling paint across the house, and there turned out to be a significant amount once we got into it. We spot primed the bare areas with Sherwin-Williams Loxon primer to lock the surface down and give the new paint something sound to grip, then applied two full coats over the entire home for an even, durable finish.
How it turned out
The home went from a tired, two-decade-old finish that was peeling in every direction to a clean, uniform, freshly painted exterior. Because the failing paint was scraped and primed rather than painted over, the new finish is set up to actually last, not just look good for a season.
What a great company. From getting an estimate to finishing the job, Sabatini Pro Painting was A1! Everyone was proficient and courteous, they showed up on time and even early, and they were very professional.
